Fructose Corn Syrup. Is it good or bad?

More dangerous than a hydrogen bomb. So called fructose corn syrup is not fructose. It is not corn and it is not syrup. It is a synthetic sugar made from various things like sulfuric acid and sawdust.

Fructose corn syrup is a synthetic sweetener now widely used. It alone has caused big health problems in the United States. We are now a nation of diabetics, mainly because of fructose corn syrup. This synthetic sweetener bypasses the pancreas and the pancreas eventually shuts down.

Fructose corn syrup is a cheap filler with no nutrition, only calories. It is a non-food, not fit for human consumption but has been heavy on the market for about 80 years. In the past it was not allowed in Canada. I don't know about now.

Harvey Wiley, the first head of the FDA warned that deceptive marketing of fructose corn syrup would cause a nation of diabetics.

The famous late Dr. Quigley of Omaha, NE was a surgeon who operated on cancer patients for 40 years. He stated that no cancer can go into remission as long as they consume fructose syrup.

Fructose corn syrup blocks the assimilation of calcium. Ever heard of the osteoporosis epidemic in America? Most people chase their calcium with fructose corn syrup.

All soft drinks so far as we know are loaded with fructose corn syrup. Americans are guzzling them by the cases.

A major study of 52,000 nurses links soft drink consumption to a nationwide diabetes epidemic Fructose corn syrup loaded soft drinks are directly linked to weight gain as well as the onset of Type II diabetes, which now afflicts 17 million Americans.

This is an addictive sweetener and the only sweetener that causes diabetes in test animals. It's only fructose corn syrup that will cause cancer in test animals.

If you read labels you won't find many manufactured foods that don't have it as an ingredient and most of the time the first ingredient. Start reading labels. Fructose corn syrup (synthetic sugar) is in everything.
