The Lush Green of Spring

Greetings from the farm! What a beautiful time of year! Everything is a beautiful, lush green. The garden is at it's prettiest, producing radishes, lettuces, scallions, rhubarb, sugar peas, strawberries, and, of course, asparagus. You can find all of this fresh produce and more at our market stand. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

The cows are also enjoying their sunny, grassy home in the pasture. They are giving lots of golden, creamy milk. June is National Dairy Month. To celebrate, we'll be open later than usual on June 15th in conjunction with 3rd in the Burg. Be sure to stop at our store for lots of samples of 100% grass-fed raw milk and cheese, Trickling Springs milk and butter, and Pequea Valley Farm yogurt.
